Wpływ głębokości sadzenia bulw na rozwój i plonowanie cyklamenu bluszczolistnego (Cyclamen hederifollium AITON (WILLD.)

W 3-letnim doświadczeniu zbadano wpływ głębokości sadzenia bulw (4; 6; 8 lub 10 cm) cyklamenu bluszczolistnego na liczbę oraz datę pojawiania się kwia­tów, liści i owoców, a także przyrost masy i obwodu bulw oraz procent ich strat, spowodowanych przez gnicie. Rośliny w pierwszym roku po posadzeniu bulw wy­tworzyły mało liści, kwiatów i owoców, niezależnie od głębokości sadzenia bulw. W kolejnych latach ich liczba wzrastała. Bulwy cyklamenu bluszczolistnego o ob­wodzie 14 cm, posadzone na głębokość 6 cm, dostarczyły najwięcej liści, kwiatów i owoców. Zwiększanie głębokości sadzenia bulw opóźniało ich wytwarzanie. Naj­więcej bulw zgniło przy sadzeniu ich na głębokość 10 cm.

In 3-year long experiments the influence of the depth of the Cyclamen hederifolium AlTON (WlLLD.) (4; 6; 8 and 10 cm) tuber planting upon the number and the date of appearance of leaves, flowers and capsules, as well as increase of the weight and circumference of the tubers and percentage of the rotten tubers were investigated. Tubers in the first year of growth after planting developed a few leaves, flowers and capsules, independently from the depth of planting. In the next years their number increased. Cyclamen hederifolium tubers, 14 cm in circumference, planted on the 6 cm depth, gave the greatest yield of the leaves, flowers and capsules.' Increasing the depth of the tuber planting delayed their production. The most rotten tubers was observed, when they were planted on the 10 cm depth.
