Problematyka innowacyjności przedsiębiorstw przemysłu spożywczego

W opracowaniu omówiono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące działalności innowacyjnej przedsiębiorstw przemysłu spożywczego. Przedstawiono ogólne wskaźniki innowacyjności polskiej gospodarki oraz przedsiębiorstw ogółem. W szczególności skupiono się na nakładach i podjęto próbę określenia efektów działalności innowacyjnej przedsiębiorstw sektora spożywczego.

In the study chosen issues concerning the innovative activity of enterprises of the food industry were discussed. Total rates of the innovation of the Polish economy and enterprises were described with the whole. In particular they concentrated on the expenditure and they made an attempt at determining effects of the innovative activity of food business operators.
