Ocena efektywności ekonomicznej wdrożenia monitoringu maszyn górniczych w KGHM „Polska Miedź" SA

Istota przedstawionej w artykule oceny ekonomicznej sprowadza się do udzielenia wiarygodnej odpowiedzi na pytanie o wartość korzyści wynikających z realizacji projektu. Przedsięwzięcie inwestycyjne sprowadza się z kolei do zakupu kosztownej aparatury kontrolno-pomiarowej i automatyki (AKPiA), zabudowy wymaganej infrastruktury teletechnicznej i informatycznej oraz usług. Celem przedsięwzięcia staje się uzyskanie dostępu, pomiar, kontrola i ocena efektów pracy maszyn górniczych objętych wdrożeniem. Ocena ekonomiczna została przeprowadzona na bazie modelu dyskontowego, pozwalającego oszacować wartość zaktualizowaną netto (NPV), wewnętrzną stopę zwrotu (IRR) oraz kilka miar pokrewnych.

The essence of the economic assessment presented in the article consists in providing of a credible answer to the question about the value of the benefits resulting from the realization of the project. The investment venture, in turn, consists in purchasing of costly control-measuring equipment and automation, installing the required telecommunication and IT infrastructure and services. The aim of the project is to obtain the access, measurement, control and evaluation of effects of operation of mining machines covered by the implementation under consideration. An economic evaluation was conducted on the basis of a discount model, which allows assessing the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (1RR) and several related measures.
