Modele symulacyjne w zastosowaniach wojskowych. Cz. 3, Randomizacja modeli deterministycznych
The paper is the continuation of a series of articles on applying the Monte Carlo method in computer simulations. There have been presented brief information on the simulation models’ characteristics and their division due to character of the assumptions made on their construction stage. A special attention was drawn to deterministic models and the possibility of randomising model equations. The randomisation process is based on Monte Carlo algorithms discussed in the two previous parts of the article. The practice to apply numerical experiments has been long present in many sciences. It is due to the fact that elementary programming skills are sufficient to conduct numerical experiments. Hence, a complex mathematical apparatus that describes modelled real phenomena is not an obstacle to carry out these types of experiments. This proves the usefulness to conduct simulation experiments where the mathematical model of phenomena under consideration is particularly complicated. This situation also takes place in case of contemporary battlefield phenomena.
