Wpływ jakości paliwa na proces sterowania kotłem rusztowym za pomocą regulacji PID

W artykule opisano model sterowania kotłem wodno-węglowym za pomocą programowalnego sterownika logicznego PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). W regulacji wykorzystana została funkcja proporcjonalno-całkująco-różniczkująca. Opisano działanie regulatora proporcjonalno-całkująco-różniczkującego PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) oraz podstawowe pętle sterowania. W pracy także wyjaśniono, jak dynamiczna zmiana rodzaju paliwa wpływa na proces spalania i tym samym na zachowanie sterownika nadzorującego ten proces.

A model of controlling a watercoal boiler relying on PLCs, where regulations are based on a proportional integral derivative (PID) is proposed in the paper. Operation of the PID regulator and control loops are described in detail. It has been explained how the dynamic change of the type of fuel affects the combustion process and thus the behavior of the controller supervising the process.
