W systemie logistycznym transport odgrywa bardzo ważną rolę. Jest on jednym z podstawowych ogniw łańcucha logistycznego, a także łącznikiem w procesie produkcji i wymiany. W pracy przedstawiono transport jako element systemu logistycznego, zaprezentowano funkcję zarządzania transportem w przedsiębiorstwie, a także przeanalizowano koszty transportowe.
In the logistic system the transport is playing the very important role. It is one of basic links of the supply chain, and the link in the manufacturing process and exchanges. At the work a transport was described as the element of the logistic system, a role of managing transport in the enterprise was presented, and transport costs were analysed.
