Model adaptacji społeczno-zawodowej w wojsku w kontekście zarządzania nowoczesną organizacją
The article refers to the problem of social and professional adaptation in the army. The review of a strategy of adaptation is performed, mainly from the scope of sociology and factors having influence on adaptation of a human being to work. The army as a totalitarian institution holds particular requirements from the personal, so that important becomes to examine mechanics of appropriate adaptation to requested requirements. On the base of a concept of professional adaptation by J. E. Karney - in the article an acceptance of the model of social and professional adaptation, that the key factors on which good adaptation is dependent are recognized as emotional intelligence as well as professional competence (factors situated on the ones side) is proposed, from the other hand -relationships with majors, characteristic social relationships as well as organization and material basis of the working conditions. The proposed concept requires during the further phase empirical verification in the environment of professional soldiers. If it appears successful it may have been used in the process of professional recruitment and improvement of competences of military personnel.
