W artykule omówiono aktualne wymagania wobec systemów automatyki i sterowania w budynkach oraz odniesiono się do nowych regulacji w tym zakresie zapisanych w przekształconej w 2024 r. dyrektywie w sprawie charakterystyki energetycznej budynków (EPBD), które będą wprowadzane do krajowych aktów prawnych. Przedstawiono również studium przypadku polegające na wdrożeniu w budynku biurowym systemu automatyki w węźle cieplnym i wynikające z tego efekty energetyczne.

The article discusses the current requirements for automation and control systems in buildings and refers to the new regulations enshrined in the new Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) recast in 2024, which will be introduced into national legal acts. A study case is also presented, covering the implementation of an automation system in a heating substation in an office building and it’s energy effects.
