Inteligentne systemy pomiarowe w Smart Grid

W pracy przedstawiono wybrane techniczne i prawne aspekty wdrażania inteligentnych systemów pomiarowych (AMI ang. Advanced Metering Infrastructure) w Polsce. Wskazano na konieczność wyboru otwartego systemu dwukierunkowej komunikacji licznika energii elektrycznej SM (ang. Smart Meter) z Operatorem Informacji Pomiarowej. Poddano ocenie obecny stan prawny z zakresu inteligentnej sieci elektroenergetycznej.

In this paper are presented choosen technical and legal of practical implementation AMI. Are pointed on choice necessity open bidirectional communication between smart meter and electric energy center. Are determinded level present extent of smart grid.
