Analiza procesu montażu motoreduktora przez mapowanie strumienia wartości

W artykule przedstawiono mapowanie strumienia wartości procesu montażu motoreduktora. Przedstawiono kolejne etapy budowania tzw. mapy stanu obecnego – odzwierciedlającej rzeczywisty przebieg i istotne parametry badanego procesu. W oparciu o analizę mapy stanu obecnego opracowano mapę stanu przyszłego, w której zaproponowano zmiany w wybranych jej obszarach. Na tej podstawie oszacowano korzyści wynikające z tych zmian, przyczyniające się do usprawnienia realizacji badanego procesu.

The following paper presents the analysis of a gear motor assembly process based on the value of stream mapping. It describes the steps of creating the so-called present state map, which represents the actual course and parameters of the investigated process. Basing on the analysis of this map the future state map is developed, and it suggests changes in its particular areas. Also, benefits of these changes are estimated; thus, benefits contribute to improvement of the investigated process implementation.
