A Way to Reduce the Conflict Among the Dynamic Properties of a PassengerWagon in Stationary Movement on a Straight and Curved Track
In the article, a way to reduce the conflict among the dynamic properties of a light passenger wagon on a straight and curved track with a small arc radius was proposed. The applied solution consists in introducing a mechanical system elastically connecting two wheelsets beyond a frame bogie. A simulation model of such a wagon was built using an MBS program. Computations, which provided proves to confirm the assumptions, were performed. Numerical values of a proposed model parameters were established, ensuring high operating speed of a vehicle in a straight track movement, and smaller wear of wheel in a curved track movement.
