Dokonano przeglądu aktualnych standardów obowiązujących w systemach CAD/CAE dla branży mechanicznej. Przedstawiono obowiązujący paradygmat komputerowego wspomagania procesu projektowania, w tym jego aspekty metodyczne, narzędziowe i sprzętowe. Podano przykłady konkretnych rozwiązań stosowanych w systemach średniej klasy.

The review of current standards in contemporary CAD/CAE systems for mechanical engineering has been carried out in the paper. The main features of the paradigm behind current CAD/CAE systems have been presented. Its methodological, instrumental and hardware layers have been discussed. The examples of the solutions used to apply in mid-range systems have also been given.
