Zarys teoretyczny zmian systemu transportowego w Polsce

W systemie transportowym Polski obserwujemy dynamiczne zmiany i przekształcenia. Wynikają one z przeobrażeń gospodarczych w Europie i na świecie, w wyniku których firmy i przedsiębiorstwa logistyczne i transportowe, szukają nowych rynków zbytu, chcąc być jednocześnie jeszcze bardziej konkurencyjnymi i efektywnymi. Nowe rozwiązania w dziedzinie transportu sprawiają, że także system transportowy ewoluuje. W artykule ukazano różne definicje systemu transportowego, opisano z jakich elementów się on składa, i z jakimi problemami boryka się w Polsce. Autorzy uznali, że szansą na jego regulację mogą być powstające w Polsce nowoczesne centra logistyczne, z definicji koordynujące prace różnych gałęzi systemu transportowego. Zakresem niniejszego artykułu objęto przewozy rzeczy wykonywane transportem zorganizowanym.

In the Polish transport system we can observe some very dynamic changes. They are the result of economic transformations in Europe and in the world, which make logistic and transport companies look for ready markets, wanting to be at the same time even more competitive and effective. New solutions in the field of transport make the whole transport system change. The article gives several definitions of a transport system, describes the elements which it consists of, and discusses the problems it has in Poland. The authors came to the conclusion that the chance for its regulation can be new, modern logistic centers in Poland, which coordinate the work of different branches of transport system. The scope of this article is a haulage of goods conducted by the organized transport.
