Właściwości użytkowe, projektowe i technologiczne stali konstrukcyjnych klasyfikowanych według obowiązujących norm i stosowanych w budowie maszyn

W artykule omówiono trzy gatunki stali konstrukcyjnych S235, P265GH i Weldox700 (S690Q) produkowanych w oparciu o nowe normy. Materiały pochodziły z eksploatowanych elementów konstrukcji nośnych, maszyn i urządzeń energetycznych. Stwierdzono, że pomimo spełnienia wymagań sprecyzowanych w normach badane stale mogą wykazywać silne różnice pod względem mikrostruktury, składu chemicznego i właściwości mechanicznych. Rozbieżności te wynikają z nieprecyzyjnych zapisów norm, a jednocześnie mogą powodować trudności technologiczne oraz prowadzić do zagrożeń podczas eksploatacji maszyn i urządzeń.

The paper three types of construction steels S235, P265GH and Weldox700 (S690Q) produced acording to the new standards was presented. The materials came from the exploited elements of the supporting structures, machines and power equipments. It was found that the tested steels meet the standards but, its can show strong differences in microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical properties. These differences were the result of the unclear wording of the standards and its can cause technological problems and hazard during the operation of the machines and equipment.
