Stanowisko do badania kondensacyjnego wymiennika ciepła do odzysku ciepła odpadowego ze spalin

Aktualnie ważnym problemem jest zwiększanie sprawności bloków energetycznych elektrowni węglowych poprzez odzyskiwanie ciepła odpadowego ze spalin wylotowych. Proces ten można zrealizować poprzez zainstalowanie w kanale spalin wymiennika ciepła. Dodatkowo metodą zwiększenia strumienia odzyskanego ciepła odpadowego jest doprowadzenie do kondensacji pary wodnej zawartej w spalinach i wykorzystanie ciepła utajonego przemiany fazowej. Układy tego typu nie były dotychczas stosowane w Polsce, stąd wymagają przeprowadzenia badań laboratoryjnych. W artykule szczegółowo opisano konstrukcję stanowiska laboratoryjnego do badania odzysku ciepła ze spalin wylotowych. Przedstawiono także przykładowe wyniki badań uzyskane na stanowisku badawczym.

Currently, an important problem is increasing the efficiency of a coal-fired power plant by recovering waste heat from the flue gas. It can be done by installation of heat exchanger in the gas duct. In addition, the method to enhance the recovered heat flux is using the condensation heat exchanger and the latent heat of phase transition. Systems of this type have not been previously used in Poland, hence the need to carry out laboratory tests. The article describes in detail the structure of the test stand for examining recovered heat from flue gas. An example of the test results obtained on the test stand were provided.
