Identyfikacja i ocena bezpieczeństwa finansowego beneficjentów funduszy UE świadczących usługi transportu miejskiego w Polsce

Celem opracowania jest analiza zróżnicowania poziomu bezpieczeństwa finansowego beneficjentów funduszy UE świadczących usługi transportu miejskiego w Polsce. Ta grupa beneficjentów obejmuje bowiem podmioty gospodarcze zróżnicowane pod względem wielkości, eksploatowanych środków przewozowych, czy też formy organizacyjno−prawnej, a ich oferta przewozowa uzależniona jest od administracji publicznej.

Upon accession of Poland to the EU, the role of the EU funds as an alternative form of financing of the formation, operation and development of the enterprise has significantly increased. The support which we can get from these funds is a stimulator of different types of investments as well as a number of different pro-innovation actions constituting a significant potential of their competitive advantage in the market. The goal of this paper is analysis of differentiation in the level of financial security of EU funds beneficiaries providing urban transport services in Poland. This group of beneficiaries includes business entities which are varying in terms of size, fixed assets or legal and organizational form, and their shipping offer depends on the public administration.
