Rozważania podjęte w artykule dotyczą analizy działalności gospodarki magazynowej w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie. W pierwszej części pracy ujęto wykorzystanie infrastruktury magazynowej w podmiocie oraz systemy informatyczne wspomagające sterowanie jego zapasami. W tej części artykułu skupiono się na analizie dokumentacji obrotu magazynowego i ewidencji zapasów oraz planach rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie gospodarki magazynowej.

Considerations presented in the article analyzes the supply management in chosen enterprise. The first part of the work includes the use of warehouse infrastructure in the entity and IT systems supporting its supply management. This part of the article focuses on the analysis of warehouse documentation and stocks’ records and the development plans of the enterprise supply management.
