W pracy wskazano na determinanty rynkowe oraz finansowe takiego rozwiązania, określając równolegle problemy związane z potencjalnym jego wprowadzeniem. The article presents the benefits that the change of the distribution system from indirect distribution to direct distribution could bring for mining enterprises. The study identified the financial and market determinants of such solution, however, specifying parallel the problems associated with the potential of its implementation. As the main direction and way of conducting of possible works in this direction the franchise solutions were indicated.
