Kompozycja planu miejscowego w kształtowaniu przestrzeni urbanistycznej

Town creation, involving activities that embrace the area and space, may be considered, inter alia, from the point of view of Polish law. This aspect is of importance, as the artistic community often does not focus enough attention on the materiality of legal issues to urban and architectural creation. Yet, each attempt at changing the intended use of land and laying out principles of its development that precede any investment initiative requires that procedures resulting from current regulations be followed. Based on provisions under such regulations, the so-called local law is established, with the local spatial development plan being its element. Since the introduction of democratic freedoms in 1989 the general public, allowed to take care of space and to decide on its shape, have actively participated in the plan formulation. Thus, setting of spatial standards begins at the stage of giving form to the plan drawing related integrally to the textual conclusions that describe and regulate the creation of three dimensional urban space.
