Problemy projektowania oraz zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowego okrętów wojennych

W referacie przedstawiono zagadnienia prawne oraz konstrukcyjne dotyczące problematyki konstrukcji okrętów wojennych w zakresie obciążeń cieplnych oraz technicznego zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowego. W treści odniesiono się zarówno do aspektów regulowanych przepisami PRS jak i dobrej praktyki morskiej. Przedstawiono zagadnienia obliczeniowe w procesie konstrukcji kadłuba okrętowego, wymagań w stosunku do instalacji przeciwpożarowych jak i systemów automatyki. Przedstawiono zakres podstawowych szkoleń teoretycznych jak i praktycznych realizowanych na pokładzie okrętu oraz poligonie z makietą do ćwiczeń.W podsumowaniu wskazano nowe rozwiązania techniczne, których głównym atutem jest szybkość i skuteczność detekcji oraz likwidacji zagrożeń pożarowych.

The paper presents the legal issues and design problems relating to the construction of warships in the field of thermal loads and technical fire protection. Analyses were made to both aspects: rules established by the polish maritime classification society PRSandgood seamanship. There is presented the computational problems in the process of ship hull structure, requirements for the fire protection and automation systems. There are showed the range of basic theoretical training and practical carried on board the ship, and on the ships model in the firefighting range of exercise. The summary identifies new technology, whose main advantage is the speed and efficiency of the detection and elimination of fire hazards
