Artykuł przedstawia 32 bitową aplikację programową, pracującą pod kontrolą systemu operacyjnego Windows 95, służącą do opracowania danych zebranych podczas pomiarów, zgodnie z wymaganiami teorii niepewności i zaleceniami międzynarodowymi w tej dziedzinie. Algorytm i interfejs graficzny zaprojektowano tak, aby użytkownik programu, bez wnikania w założenia teoretyczne metod analizy, uzyskiwał szybko — w formie raportu końcowego, ostateczny wynik pomiaru wraz z oceną jego niepewności.

The article presents a 32-bit application for the Windows 95 operational system. The application is meant to analyse the data measured according to the requirements of the uncertainty theory and the international recommendations in this field. The algorithm and the graphic interface have been designed to allow an user to obtain final measurement results and uncertainty evaluation (in a report format) quickly and easily — without going deeply into theoretical assumptions of the analysis method.
