Lean Manufacturing jako koncepcja usprawniania procesów w logistyce produkcji – case study

Artykuł prezentuje koncepcję Lean Manufacturing jako system zarządzania skoncentrowany na doskonaleniu wewnętrznych procesów logistycznych przedsiębiorstwa, związanych zarówno z przepływami materiałowymi, jak i informacyjnymi. Autorzy proponują integrację wybranych narzędzi, umożliwiających badanie struktury procesu, w celu poprawy ciągłości i efektywności przepływów na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa branży obróbki metali. Wśród wykorzystanych metod i technik znalazły się: mapowanie strumienia wartości (VSM), karta marnotrawstwa, diagram przyczynowo-skutkowy Ishikawy oraz analiza 5W+1H. Przedstawiono studium przypadku, dla którego zidentyfikowano operacje tworzące strukturę badanego procesu, skupiając szczególną uwagę na tych operacjach, które sterują tworzeniem wartości dodanej.

The paper presents the concept of Lean Manufacturing as a management system focused on internal logistic processes of enterprises improving, both in terms of the material flows and information. Authors propose the integration of the selected tools, enabling the investigation of the process structure, in order to improve the continuity and efficiency of the flows on the example of selected enterprise from the metal working industry. Among the applied methods and techniques were used: value stream mapping(VSM), waste card , cause and effect diagram (Ishikawa diagram)and 5W1Hanalysis.The paper presents a case study for which were operations forming the structure of the investigation process identified, focusing on these operations, which are responsible for the creation of added value.
