Transport lotniczy jest jednym z nowszych i dynamicznie rozwijających się form transportu w realizacji systemów i procesów logistycznych w Polsce. Ilość lotnisk i ich położenie spełnia wymagania społeczno-gospodarcze w kraju na poziomie dobrym. Infrastruktura i ich wyposażenie przyczyniają się do wzrostu ruchu pasażerskiego i przewozu towarów. Lotniska w Polsce dynamicznie dostosowują się do stosownych wymogów w aspekcie Unii Europejskiej. Obecnie poziom spełnienia tych wymogów zdaniem autora należy ocenić jako dobry.
The air transport is one of the newest and dynamically developed kind of the transport in implementation of systems and logistics processes in Poland. Number of airports and their locations meet on good level the socio-economic requirements in the country. The infrastructure and their equipment have impact on expansion of the passenger traffic and items transport. Airports in Poland dynamically adjust to the requirements in the context of the EU. According to the author, at this moment the level of fulfillment these requirements should be assessed on the good level.
