Solidarność europejska : idea czy rzeczywistość?

Bilans refleksji skłania do stwierdzenia, że solidarność europejska pozostaje ideą i choć zauważalne są przebłyski jej urzeczywistniania to ciągle nie jest to w stu procentach sprawdzalne. Idei tej nie wolno pozostawić samej sobie - bez wskazania kierunku, myśli wiodącej, która by wyznaczała perspektywę bardziej optymistyczną. Desygnowanie takiego czy też wielu innych paradygmatów istnieje, wiele jest bowiem możliwości i szans wyrażania i realizacji celów (idei) i nie muszą sprowadzać się one wyłącznie do polityki, która swą istotę czerpie z maksymy "kto kogo". Jeżeli więc wszystkie wspomniane cechy solidarności miałyby znaleźć ujście w wymiarze europejskim - niezbędne jest ich przedyskutowanie . Wyzwaniem Europy nacechowanej różnorodnością jest zatem implementowanie takiego modelu sprawowania polityki, który by stwarzał szansę realizacji problemów w sposób ukonstytuowany na przyjacielskim porozumieniu, akceptowanym przez wszystkich, którzy stają się spadkobiercami skutków podjętych decyzji. Trudno zatem przecenić fakt, który głosi, że "Concordia res parve crescunt, duscordia vel maximae dilabuntur".

Having summed up the considerations we came to the conclusion that the European solidarity remains a concept only and even though one can notice the reflections of its becoming more and more real it is still not possible to have it verified in 100%. However, the idea may not be left just to exist by itself - with no direction for the leading thought which would determine the more optimistic perspective to be indicated. Such paradigm or paradigms are possible to be designated as there are numerous possibilities and opportunities to express and accomplish the aims (ideas) and they do not need to be limited only to politics which in its core aspect is based on the adage: "who can beat whom". Thus, if all the above mentioned features of the European solidarity were to find the way out in the European dimension - a thorough discussion devoted to them proved absolutely indispensable It is a challenge for Europe, being characterised by diversities, to implement such a model of politics which would give it a chance to solve problems in the way based on friendly agreements accepted by all those who are to experience the consequence of the decisions taken. Therefore, it is difficult to overestimate the fact that „Concordia res parve crescunt, duscordia vel maximae dilabuntur.
