Szczecińska szkoła ekonomiki transportu : rola i miejsce innowacji w rozwoju potrzeb transportowych i rynku usług transportowych

Innovations become increasingly important in economic processes. The article presents the holistic relation between the innovation and the needs of transport with the particular emphasis on the impact of interactivity. Also the contemporary perception of the transport sector as an active rather thanpassive process was stressed. By describing such a connection the contribution of Szczecin School of Transport Economics in scientific development of economics of services was presented.
