Zintegrowane stanowisko naukowo-dydaktyczne do badania właściwości pożarowych materiałów metodą wg ISO 5660 stosowanych w środkach transportu

W artykule przedstawiono zintegrowane stanowisko do badań intensywności wydzielania ciepła i dymotwórczości materiałów oraz toksyczności produktów ich rozkładu termicznego i spalania metodami wg ISO 5660-1 i ISO 5660-2. Do walidacji metody korekty błędu dynamicznego intensywności wydzielania ciepła oraz do kontroli pracy i kalibracji stanowiska służy specjalny palnik gazowy z możliwością wyboru zmian intensywności wydzielania ciepła w funkcji czasu. Cechą charakterystyczną jest specjalistyczne oprogramowanie pomiarowe stanowiska napisane w konwencji procedury badawczej.

In the article an integrated measuring system was described for the research on heat release rate and smoke generation of materials and the toxicity of products of their thermal decomposition and the burn with methods according to ISO 5660-1 and ISO 5660-2. To the validation of the method of the error correction of dynamic parameters of the research station and for the inspection of the work and the calibration of the measuring system a special gas burner is used with the option of changes of heat release rate in the time function. Specialist measuring providing software the measuring system written in the convention of the test procedure is a distinctive feature.
