Predykcyjna regulacja prędkości serwonapędu PMSM z połączeniem sprężystym przy różnym blokowaniu sterowań

W artykule przedstawiono strukturę sterowania prędkością serwonapędu z silnikiem synchronicznym o magnesach trwałych w którym występuje połączenie sprężyste. W strukturę sterowania włączono dodatkowo predykcyjny estymator prądów. W ramach badan przeanalizowano różne koncepcję blokowania sygnałów sterujących w predykcyjnym regulatorze prędkości. We wstępie przedstawiono problem sterowania prędkością serwonapędów z połączeniem sprężystym. W kolejnych rozdziałach przedstawiono modele napędu PMSM i układu mechanicznego. Kolejno przedstawiono zasadę sterowania predykcyjnego wraz z różnymi kombinacjami grupowania sygnału sterującego. Rozważania teoretyczne zostały poparte badaniami symulacyjnymi.

The article presents speed control structure of the servo drive with permanent magnet synchronous motor in with elastic coupling. The control structure included the predictive current estimator. As part of the studies analyzed different concept of blocking control signals in predictive speed controller. In the introduction presents the problem of speed control in servo drive with elastic coupling. In the following chapters, presents models of PMSM drive and mechanical system. Subsequently shows the principle of predictive control, along with various combinations of grouping the control signal. Theoretical considerations has been supported by simulation study.
