Stan naprężeń i odkształceń w węzłach wirujących maszyn elektrycznych dużej mocy

Artykuł ujmuje zagadnienia naprężeń i odkształceń w węzłach wirujących turbogeneratorów i silników indukcyjnych dużej mocy. Przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń naprężeń w łopatkach wentylatora turbogeneratora oraz stan naprężeń i odkształceń w łopatkach wentylatora silnika. Podano stan naprężeń w zębach beczki wirnika turbogeneratora. Zaprezentowano wyniki obliczeń wytrzymałościowych kołpaków wolnowiszących o zabezpieczeniu bagnetowym i zabezpieczeniu nakrętką na beczce wirnika turbogeneratora.

The paper describes stresses and damages issues that occur in rotating turbogenerator nodes and in large power inductive motors. The stresses calculation results are presented in fan vanes of turbogenerator as well as stresses and damages states in vanes of fan motor. Stresses state is given that occur in teeth of turbogenerator rotor body. Results of strength calculations are presented of free-hanging caps provided with bayonet protection and with a nut located on turbogenerator rotor body.
