Modelowanie rozwoju miast za pomocą automatów komórkowych

Artykuł opisuje wyniki eksperymentów numerycznych, których celem było modelowanie rozwoju terytorialnego miast. Do modelowania wykorzystano automaty komórkowe. Artykuł przedstawia historię opracowania i rozwoju automatów komórkowych i daje krótkie wyjaśnienie ich teoretycznych podstaw. Następnie autorka przedstawia też metodę tworzenia modelu miasta na podstawie danych historycznych oraz wyniki swoich doświadczeń.

Article describes results of numerical experiments, which aim was modelling territorial development of cities. Modelling was made using cellular automata. Article introduces history of elaboration and development cellular automata and gives short explanation their theoretical rules. Then author introduces methodology creation of city model on the ground of historical data and results own experiences and conclusions from them.
