Badania odporności na zużycie regenerowanych elementów układu rozrządu silników ZS

W artykule omówiono problem zużycia dwustronnych dźwigni zaworowych silników RABA MAN montowanych w autobusach komunikacji miejskiej. Przedstawiono wyniki badań zużycia w warunkach eksploatacji elementów układu rozrządu silnika RABA MAN regenerowanych nowoczesnymi metodami przez nałożenie powłok na osnowie niklu i kobaltu oraz drutu Cedler. W artykule zamieszczono liczne ilustracje, w tym fotografie elementów układu rozrządu oraz rysunki prezentujące wyniki pomiarów zużyć.

The paper presents problem of wear of two-sided valve rockers of RABA MAN engines mounted in urban buses. There were presented results of wear investigations of elements in RABA MAN distribution system regenerative by Ni- and Co-based coatings and Cedler wire. lnvestigations were carried out in operating conditions. Numerous illustrations, among them photographs of distribution system elements and figures presenting results of wear measurements, were presented in the paper.
