Analiza zagrożeń technologicznych na przykładzie procesów obróbki laserowej wybranych materiałów konstrukcyjnych

W pracy przedstawiono analizę zagrożeń technologicznych występujących w procesach hartowania laserowego stali 40H oraz na przykładzie wybranych elementów silnika spalinowego. Omówiono wyniki: prób technologicznych związanych z doborem parametrów LOC, obserwacji topografii powierzchni, badań mikrostruktury i mikrotwardości oraz stanu naprężeń w warstwie wierzchniej.

In the paper presents the analysis of technological threats in processes of laser processing on example of chosen constructional materials and elements of the combustion's engine. Chosen results like technological tests connected with the selection of the parameters LOC, the observation of the topography of the surface, investigations of microstructure and microhardness as welI as state of stresses in surface, were talked over.
