Co-ordination of monetary and fiscal options in economic policy of EU in the aspect of sustainable development of agriculture

The main aim of this article is to show the assumption of two visions of the development of agriculture (liberal concept and the socially sustainable perception of the development process in agriculture) and to analyze how the co-ordination of economic policy measures in the EU (both monetary and fiscally) supports this process and simultaneously do not disturb the general development of the whole economy. The analysis of the macro-economical determinants of agricultural policy proved, that through the application of "pendulum" rule in economic policy EU countries were able to achieve an adequate and stabile level of incomes in agriculture.

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie głównych założeń wizji rozwoju rolnictwa (optyki liberalnej i społecznie zrównoważonego postrzegania procesu reprodukcji w rolnictwie) oraz ukazanie, w jaki sposób koordynacja instrumentów polityki gospodarczej w krajach UE, zarówno monetarnej i fiskalnej, wspiera ten proces nie zakłócając jednocześnie ogólnego rozwoju gospodarki. Badania makroekonomicznych determinant polityki rolnej w krajach UE wykazały, że dzięki stosowaniu zasady "wahadła" w polityce gospodarczej udało się osiągnąć odpowiedni i stabilny poziom dochodów rolniczych.
