Metoda analizy zmian trendów wypadkowości jako miara oceny skuteczności systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem

W artykule przedstawiono założenia oraz wyniki metody analizy zmian trendów wypadkowości, która stanowić może miarę skuteczności systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy funkcjonujących w poszczególnych kopalniach. Zwrócono uwagę na związek pomiędzy czasem funkcjonowania systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i ich jakością a pozytywnymi trendami zmian w wypadkowości spowodowanej błędami ludzkimi.

The article presents the assumptions and results of the method of analysing changes in accident trends that could be a measure for the efficiency of the safety management systems which are functioning in respected mining plants. Particular attention was driven to the relation between the period in which a safety management system is functioning, the quality of that system and positive trends of changes in accidents caused by human faults.
