Identyfikacja zmian eksploatacyjnych prędkości przemieszczania się fali sprężystej w taśmie przenośnika

W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań przemysłowych prędkości przebiegu fali sprężystej w taśmie. Opisano również obiekty badań, metodykę i aparaturę użytą do badań. Badania zostały powtórzone trzykrotnie, na trzech przenośnikach, w tych samych warunkach pracy: dla tego samego napięcia wstępnego taśmy i tego samego rodzaju rozruchu. Wyniki badań wykazały istotne różnice w prędkości przebiegu fali sprężystej w taśmie.

The results of the industrial tests of propagation of tension wave in the conveyor wave have been presented in the paper. The object of tests, method and apparatus has been described. The tests were repeated three times on three conveyors, under the same conditions: with the same initial tension of the belt and with the same starting. The results of the performed tests revealed significant differences in the speed of the elastic wave in the belt.
