Omówiono rolę badań symulacyjnych w projektowaniu maszyn wytwórczych. Przedstawiono problemy integracji podstawowych narzędzi symulacyjnych dla budowy wirtualnych modeli dla tego typu maszyn. Opisano sposób realizacji badań symulacyjnych służących ocenie ich konstrukcji wraz z układem sterowania, przy uwzględnieniu obciążenia od sił skrawania.

The paper presents the role of simulation investigations in designing machine tools. Problems with integration of basic simulation tools for building virtual models for such machines are discussed. Described is the realization of simulations targeted at the evaluation of the construction of a machine with a control system, taking into account the loads from the cutting forces.
