Analiza wytrzymałości złącza żeliwa sferoidalnego zgrzewania tarciowo

Żeliwo sferoidalne zgrzewano tarciowo za pośrednictwem przekładki ze stopu NiCr. Stan połączenia określono na podstawie makro-, mikrostruktury, twardości i wytrzymałości. Badania wykazały rozkład wytrzymałości na przekroju złącza zgrzewanego. Wyżarzanie normalizujące spowodowało podwyższenie wytrzymałości złączy.

The friction welding of ductile iron with used between interfaces thin NiCr layer were made. The friction weld joint properties were determined by made the following investigation: assessing of macro- and microstructure, hardness and tensile strength. These investigations revealed the mechanical properties as a function weld joint. The normalizing caused the increase of friction weld joint strength.
