W artykule przedstawiono analizę przyczyn malej efektywności stosowania transportu intermodalnego w Polsce. Wykazano, że jest to grupowanie terminali interemodalnych w wybranych rejonach, brak możliwości korzystania z innych jednostek ładunkowych. Przedstawiono 7 postulatów zwiększenia efektywności.
The report represents the analysis of causes diminish the efficiency of applying the intermodal transport in Poland. It it was showed was, that the this the assembling the intermodal terminals in chosen regions, lack of possibility of using from different loading units. The enlargement of efficiency was introduced 7 postulates. 1. utilization from related in packets palettes loading units: 5 or 6 europalet, as well as 4 palette ISO, about dimensions suitably 2000 * 2400mm, 2400 * 2400, 2000 * 2200mm, 2. the utilization the air palettes, np. HCU6E, about parameters Length, 2743mm, Width, 2235mm , Height, 57,2 mm, netto Mass of, 132 kg, the nośnośc 4 536 kg. 3. wider of utilization of forklifts about larger lifting capacity - 4 tones, on equipped stations only in loading tracks and the loading platform and the applying on trolleys of gear to lifting from palettes the packets, forks about length min. 1700mm and width 200mm, 4. applying the shorter railway sets adapted to the most often the stepping out lengths of loading tracks to 300-350m, 5. applying to 300m the cyclic connections of short railway sets - the type the shuttle the trains. 6. applying in national turn of containers and the cars from raised side boards, 7. maintenance of tracks the lower rates of access and the station for trains of type the shuttle the trance.
