Magnetronowe rozpylanie : technika i technologia

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań niestandardowych technologii nanoszenia cienkich warstw metodą impulsowego rozpylania magnetronowego. Warstwy otrzymywano za pomocą oryginalnych wyrzutni magnetronowych typu WM (planarne, cylindryczne), w szczególności przystosowanych do prowadzenia procesów wysokowydajnych. Badano procesy impulsowego, magnetronowego autorozpylania oraz impulsowego, reaktywnego rozpylania.

The article presents results of research on non-standard technologies for deposition of thin films using magnetron sputtering method. The layers were obtained using the original magnetron sources of WM type (planar, cylindrical), especially suited for high-efficiency processes. The pulsed self-sustained magnetron sputtering and reactive pulsed magnetron sputtering were investigated.
