System informatycznego wsparcia służby ruchu lotniczego

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące problematyki zarządzania bezpieeczeństwem podczas wykonywania operacji lotniczych. Opracowane rozwiązanie informatyczne umożliwi pełną implementację Zintegrowanego Systemu Bezpieczeństwa Lotów przez SSRL SZ RP. Jednocześnie w pełni będzie odwzorowywało strukturę pracy kontrolerów ruchu lotniczego oraz zaapewni narzędzie nadzoru nad procesem ich szkolenia. Zwrócono również uwagę na potrzebę integraacji nowo powstałych modułów i aplikacji z innymi funkcjonującymi w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczpospoolitej Polskiej takimi jak SI TURAWA czy innymi systemami klasy ERP.

The article presents issues relating to security management issues while performing flight operations. Developed IT solution will enable the full implementation of the Integrated System of Flight Safety for Air Traffic Services of the Polish Armed Forces. At the same time it fulIy will map the structure of the work af air. traffic controlIers and provide tool for oversight of the proces s of their training. Attention was also mawn to the need for integration of the newly created modules and applications with others operating in the Polish Armed Forces, such as the SI TURAWA or other ERP class systems.
