Zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw – logistyka zaopatrzenia

W artykule zostało zaprezentowane zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw, którego następstwem jest efektywna obsługa klienta. W celu uzyskania wysokiej sprawności obsługi klienta i obniżenia kosztów została opisana logistyka zaopatrzenia przedsiębiorstwa. Na podstawie analizy zaopatrzenia i stanów magazynowych przedsiębiorstwie branży BHP opisano analizę porównawczą wartościowo- ilościową dla wybranych rodzajów produktów w badanych grupach towarów. W artykule przedstawiono wnioski dotyczące badanych towarów przy uwzględnieniu determinanty czasu, gdzie uwzględniono czas zamówienia i transportu kontenerem.

The paper was presented to the management of the supply chain , which is a consequence of effective service. In order to achieve high efficiency of customer service and cost reduction has been described supply logistics in the company. Based on the analysis of supply and the state storage in the enterprices safety industry, describes a comparative analysis of the quantitative value for selected types of products in the studies groups of goods. The article presents the findings on respondents goods, taking into account the determinants of the time, which included the time of the contract and transport of the container.
