Wybrane aspekty stanu struktury powierzchni stali hartowanej na przebieg nagniatania tocznego

W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty badań oceny wpływu uzyskanej struktury powierzchni po toczeniu zahartowanej stali na efekty uzyskane po nagniataniu tocznym. Analizowano wybrane struktury różniące się kształtem profili i wartościami parametrów chropowatości. Porównano i oceniono uzyskane rezultaty po nagniataniu analizując wartości parametrów chropowatości i parametrów krzywej udziału materiałowego.

The paper presents the results of studies assessing the impact of the obtained surface structure after turning of hardened steel on the results achieved after burnishing. The selected shape of the structure of differing profiles and the values roughness parameters were analyzed. The results after burnishing were compared and evaluated. The values of roughness parameters and parameters of the curve share of material were analyzed.
