Zarządzanie emocjami przez żołnierki

The article refers to the study of emotional intelligence in women performing military career in Poland. Sociological and psychological research is increasingly pointing to an important role of emotions in the operation of social actors. Emotional competences are considered to be an important resource entity exercising “emotional work” to meet the needs of the current culture of emotions. Nowadays, it also changes the approach to the emotionality of women, which is considered to be an important resource for the proper functioning of a complex social environment.
