Proces technologiczny czynnikiem determinującym procesy pomiarowe

Nadzorowanie procesów pomiarowych z użyciem programów do wspomagania obliczeń statystycznych wymaga stworzenia bazy danych zawierającej wartości docelowe obróbki (wymiary liniowe i kątowe, tolerancje). W artykule omówiono procesowe podejście do budowy modelu danych przechowującego dwa rodzaje informacji: parametry obróbki skrawaniem (dane wejściowe) i wyników pomiarów parametrów docelowych uzyskiwanych w czasie obróbki. Powiązanie danych wejściowych i wyjściowych pozwala na wykorzystanie technik SPC do nadzorowania procesu.

The article discusses the process approach to build a database that stores two types of information: machining parameters (input) and the results of measurements of the target generated during processing (data processing).
