Zarządzanie zapleczem badawczo-rozwojowym Sił Zbrojnych RP

The article characterizes military research and development institutions, particularly those dealing with the issue of defense and state security. The authors further present two proposals for future functioning of the research and development background: the first one is about establishing the Military Center for Research and Development, and the other one about consolidating existing six military institutes into two ones with the status of the state research institute.
