Eksploatacja systemu GSM-R w polskim kolejnictwie

W artykule zostały przedstawione wybrane problemy dotyczące eksploatacji systemu GSM-R wdrażanego w polskim kolejnictwie. Przeprowadzono analizę kolejowej radiołączności z uwzględnieniem dostępnych usług w cyfrowej telefonii komórkowej GSM-R. Scharakteryzowano proces użytkowania umożliwiający realizację usług i funkcji w analizowanym systemie GSM-R. Następnie będą omówiono procesy wspomagające zarządzanie procesem eksploatacji, obejmujące działalność diagnostyczną i badawczą. Został także opisany wpływ procesów utrzymania elementów systemu GSM-R na jego bezpieczeństwo teleinformatyczne. W końcowej części przedstawione zostały mechanizmy, których wdrożenie pozwoli na usprawnienie eksploatacji i utrzymaniem sieci GSM-R.

This paper will present some problems relating to the operation of GSM-R system implemented in the Polish railways. Will be carried out analysis of the digital train GSM-R mobile phones with regard to the available services and how to achieve them and characterized the process of use allowing realization of services and functions in the reporting system, GSM-R. Then will be discussed the processes supporting the management of exploitation process, including diagnostic and research activities. It will be also described the impact of processes of maintenance of elements of GSM-R on its ICT security. In the final part will be presented mechanisms, the implementation of which will allow to improve the exploitation and maintenance of GSM-R network.
