Bangladesh is a country located in South Asia, where the political situation is unstable. There are religious tensions in this country, which end in persecution. Open Doors reports that on the map of Christian persecutions in the world in 2024, Bangladesh ranks high 26th place. The aim of this article is to present the issue of persecutions of Christians in Bangladesh. The article consists of two parts - presenting the historical, political and social background of Bangladesh, and then discussing the specifics of persecutions of Christians.
