Uprawnienia organów władzy wykonawczej w zakresie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa państwa

State security and related issues are becoming increasingly important in the modern world. In this case, an interesting issue is to analyze it from the perspective of Constitution of Poland of 2 April 1997. The powers of executive authorities in the fi eld of State security should be examined in the context of fundamental principles of the political system contained in the Constitution and other legal provisions establishing the system of government. Particular attention should be focused on respective competences the President of the Republic of Poland and the Council of Ministers and their mutual relations.
