We śnie, w nocy (na marginesie wygłosowego cyklu „Poezji” Tadeusza Różewicza)

This article is an aspectual analysis and interpretation of the cóż z tego że we śnie cycle of poems closing an “auteur” edition of collected poems by Tadeusz Różewicz. The author examines the cycle’s two motifs: catastrophe (its concrete form being the Indian Ocean tsunami that took place in South-Eastern Asia on 26 December 2004) and sudden death (with a reference to last moments in the life of Adam Mickiewicz, who died in Istanbul on 26 November 1855), situating them in a modelling perspective of “unpreparedness” and demonstrating how the “poet’s word” became the “last word”: a message running across time, a form of a memento, but also a dramatic delivery of poetry, followed by a “definitive end”.

Artykuł jest aspektową analizą i interpretacją cyklu wierszy zatytułowanego cóż z tego że we śnie, który zamyka „autorską” edycję poezji zebranych Tadeusza Różewicza. Autor bierze na warsztat dwa wątki cyklu: katastrofy (jej ukonkretnieniem jest tsunami na Oceanie Indyjskim, które 26 grudnia 2004 roku nawiedziło południowo-wschodnią Azję) i nagłej śmierci (z odesłaniem do ostatnich chwil Adama Mickiewicza, który zmarł 26 listopada 1855 roku w Stambule), sytuując je w modelującej perspektywie „nieprzygotowania” i pokazując, w jaki sposób „słowo poety” staje się „ostatnim słowem”: biegnącym przez czas przesłaniem, formą memento, ale też dramatycznym wygłosem poezji, po którym następuje „definitywny kres”.
