Goose meat as a nutritional source of dietary manganese. A systematic review of manganese content in goose meat
The collection contains the results of a bibliographic query concerning original research articles on the manganese content in goose meat. The obtained records were used to develop a systematic review using PRISMA. An electronic-based search in the scientific libraries, Scopus, Web of Science and ScienceDirect was performed. Searches comprised a combination of MeSH terms and keywords, applying quotes and field tags with BOOLEAN operators. For all databases, four primally exclusion steps were determined: 1. keywords (“goose AND meat”) AND (manganese or mineral OR Mn), 2. years (1980-2022), 3. Language (English), 4. Publication type (article). The bibliographic query was made on October 17, 2022.
