Downregulation of ECM-related genes in the subcutaneous muscles of Huntington’s disease mouse model

List of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified from microarray experiments.

Genes were considered differentially expressed based on the following criteria: absolute fold change > 2 and p-value < 0.05 (corrected using a false discovery rate (FDR) of 20%).

The table provides probe identifiers (PROBEID), Entrez gene IDs (ENTREZID), official gene symbols (SYMBOL), gene names (GENENAME), normalized expression values for three biological replicates per group (Control rep1–3 and R6/2 rep1–3), mean expression values per condition (mean Control and mean R6/2), fold-change (FC), p-values, and adjusted p-values.
